FIND THE RIGHT PEOPLE
The Right People are smart, creative problem solvers who have a proven track record of success. The best Advisory Boards are made up from a diverse group of men and women, young and old, risk takers and conservatives.
Finding people who meet these criteria and match your People Parameters is our specialty.
We’ve built a network of talented people over many years. We would be pleased to use our connections to find the Right People for you.
FIND THE RIGHT CHAIR
Finding the Right Chair is arguably the most important task of all. Running an Advisory Board program is principally about two things.
The first part of the role is to work closely with the CEO to assure the key business challenges have been identified, are clearly set out on the agenda and allotted proper time.
The second is to make sure that the board discusses the things that really matter. The role often requires skill to get the right conversations started and tact to wrench control from an overly dominant member.
Frequently the Chair find themselves working with the CEO outside the meetings and becoming a mentor and coach.
The qualities required to be a good chair tend to be a product of age, experience and temperament.
Let us put our connections to work and find the Right Chair for you.
